The pace is not important. For best results, you can connect the imagination. "Great Circle"
Such a gym is simple. Its essence is to perform the usual circular movements with the help of the eyes. But the head must remain motionless.
You have to imagine a big dial in front of you. Then slowly look around in a circular motion, first clockwise and then counterclockwise, noting each number. The line drawn must not be interrupted. With each workout, you need to increase the radius of this imaginary cycle. At the end of the exercise, it should flash.
"Eight"

When performing this exercise, you should focus your eyes on the finger, which is at a distance of 40-50 cm from the face. Then approach it alternately and move it with one outstretched hand. The approach should be as close as possible. Repeat this set ten times. The finger can be moved left and right as well as diagonally.
Eyebrow relaxation
This exercise will be the perfect completion of the gym for the visual organs. Often, after a long day at work, a person closes his eyes and feels his eyebrows crawling over his lashes.
